Free training program sponsored by Fair Acres Geriatric Center for the preparation and training of potential employees interested in becoming Nursing Assistants. In order to be considered for the program, a person must first successfully complete the pre- employment application process, which includes a formal written or online application, a test of reading rate and comprehension; safety and practical thinking questions; state and federal police clearances; a physical examination; and Tuberculosis testing. Until all these steps are completed and cleared, students will not be permitted to start their training in the CNA Training Program. Completion of the program is no guarantee of employment at Fair Acres.
